The Justice League of America, also known as simply the Justice League or JLA, is an organization of the world's strongest superheroes founded by Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, the Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman and Martian Manhunter. The League is spread across the globe, though centered in America, and even several interstellar heroes have League membership.

History Edit

Origin Edit

Similar to the origin of the Avengers, the founding members were brought together during an alien invasion. After this, they decided to form what would go on to become the world's most powerful forces. Since then, they have greatly expanded their membership.

The Justice League is now being monitored by S.H.I.E.L.D., and director Nick Fury has become close allies with the League leaders. The League is now considered the "head" of the Superhero world, and all other teams branch off of it.

  • The main image for the Justice League was based off a picture of them from Young Justice, replacing Captain Atom and Black Lightning with Iron Man and Ms. Marvel, respectively.
